You know when you walk into a joint and the hostess gives you a BIG smile? You know, that smile like you're somebody important and your table's waiting, Sir—THAT kind of smile. To say we had run of the place would be an understatement.
Joel finally graced us with his presence. Though clearly an amateur, he has the potential to become a regular instigator. We had fun at CBC until the 11 PM last call.
I find the beer here fresh, but kind of watery. The Stout was the clear winner, although the Cherry Wheat wasn't bad, either.
